Requests, quotes, and payment
Submitting a project form is an inquiry—not an automatic purchase. We confirm the scope, timeline, package price, add-ons, third-party costs, and any founder offer in writing. You receive a PayPal invoice after that confirmation. Prices shown are in US dollars. We identify any applicable tax or required additional charge before payment; we do not add unapproved work to your invoice.
The founder offer
The first 100 paid Starter website orders are eligible for the $99 founder price, with the full published Starter scope, including the first-year standard domain allowance up to $20. Availability is confirmed by email before invoicing, not by a live counter on this site. After 100 paid Starter orders, Starter is $425. The offer is not available for Campaign Landing Pages, and domain allowance limits still apply.
Scope and timing
Starter is one template-led page with up to six sections and about 600 words. Core covers up to five pages and about 1,500 words. Plus covers up to eight pages and about 2,400 words. The standalone Campaign Landing Page is one offer-focused page plus a thank-you page and basic tracking placeholders; final revision allowance is agreed before payment.
Published delivery windows are 5 business days for Starter, 8 for Core, 12 for Plus, and 4 for a Campaign Landing Page. The clock starts only when intake is complete, payment is received, and your project slot is confirmed. New scope, missing materials, or delayed feedback can change the schedule. We communicate a revised date rather than silently treating a missed input as approval.
Revisions and approval
Starter includes one consolidated revision round. Core and Plus include two. Revisions refine the agreed direction; a different concept, new page, or extra functionality requires a separate quote. We ask for your explicit approval before launch. An extra revision round is $45 when agreed in advance.
Cancellation and refunds
If we have not started work, we refund your project payment in full. Once work has begun, including preparation of the preview, tell us promptly if you wish to cancel. We provide an itemized explanation of the work completed and direct, nonrecoverable third-party costs you approved, and refund the unused portion of the payment. We do not automatically keep the entire payment just because a preview exists.
Refund calculations are based on the agreed project stages and actual work completed, not a new undisclosed hourly rate. If we cannot deliver the agreed work, we offer a fair refund for undelivered work and share completed material that you have paid for. If you raise a concern, we first try to resolve it in writing. Nothing here removes rights you may have under applicable law.
Ownership and portable files
After payment, you own the final site files and original project-specific copy and design work we deliver. You can move those files to another host. Fonts, third-party tools, and other licensed components remain subject to their own licenses; we identify dependencies at handoff. Generic reusable methods and unselected concepts remain ours. We ask permission before presenting your finished project as client work.
Your domain and third-party accounts
Any domain we purchase for your project is registered in your name. The first-year allowance is up to $20 for a standard domain. Premium domains and costs above the allowance require your approval; an unused allowance is not a cash refund or renewal credit. Existing domains remain in your account.
Domain renewal is at actual registrar cost, disclosed at order time. You are responsible for keeping ownership details accurate and renewals current. Calendar, Google Business Profile, and other business accounts stay under your control. We do not request passwords in the project form. Google determines profile eligibility and verification; we cannot guarantee approval.
Hosting and ongoing costs
Year-one static hosting and SSL are included. After year one, hosting is $60/year, or you may choose optional care at $19/month, including hosting and 15 minutes of small edits per month. These are alternatives, not two charges. Unused care minutes do not roll over. Larger work is quoted separately. Domain renewal and paid third-party tools are separate.
No monthly subscription is required to own your finished site. You can move it to a compatible host. Tell us by email if you want to end care before the next monthly period or arrange a hosting move before renewal. We confirm the end date and any handoff details in writing.
Content, integrations, and honest claims
You are responsible for the accuracy and permissions of supplied business information, photos, testimonials, logos, and regulated claims. We do not invent customer results. Booking embeds, forms, maps, and tracking depend on third-party services and may need reconfiguration or consent controls. A calendar embed uses your own free account; paid calendar features are not included.
Campaign tracking setup means basic Meta/Google placeholders, not a running ad account, ad spend, consent-management subscription, or ongoing campaign management. Any live tracking must be configured appropriately before activation. Every site is mobile-ready; click-to-call and WhatsApp links are included when you provide the relevant number. We do not sell native mobile apps or promise leads, sales, revenue, or search rankings.
Questions and concerns
Email brindlemint@outlook.com. We would rather resolve a small uncertainty before a project begins than leave either side guessing. This is a practical service agreement, not a claim of advice from a law firm.
