What to know before you start.
What makes the $99 founder offer different?＋
The scope is the same as Starter. We are offering it at $99 for the first 100 paid Starter website orders while introducing the studio. After that, Starter is $425. We do not display a live spot counter; we check and confirm remaining availability before invoicing. The offer does not apply to campaign pages.
What is a revision round?＋
One consolidated list of changes to the agreed design and content. A new page, a different brand direction, or extra functionality is new scope, not a revision. We flag that before doing chargeable work.
Can I bring my own domain?＋
Yes. Keep ownership in your own registrar account. We help connect it without asking for passwords in the intake form. The included domain allowance is for a new standard domain purchase; it is not a cash credit or a renewal allowance.
Can you add online booking or a Google Business Profile?＋
Appointment booking setup is $85, or included in Plus. It uses your own free calendar account. Google Business Profile setup assistance is $75, subject to Google’s eligibility and verification requirements. Click-to-call and WhatsApp links are included when you have a number; no paid messaging platform is supplied.
What does campaign tracking setup include?＋
Basic placeholders for Meta and Google tags, with space for your own account IDs. Live tracking requires the right configuration and any required visitor consent before activation. We do not supply an ad account, manage campaigns, or promise attribution accuracy. The standalone page is $495; a same-brand extra campaign page on an existing BrindleMint site is $250.
Are local service businesses a fit?＋
Yes, for a clear informational site with services, a menu supplied by you, contact details, a map where in scope, and a supported booking embed. A custom ordering system, inventory system, or native mobile app is not part of these packages.
What if I need to cancel?＋
If work has not started, we refund the project payment in full. After work begins, we share what has been completed and handle the unused portion fairly, with an itemized explanation. See our plain-language terms for the details.
